The archive storage service can be as simple or as complex as your requirements demand. Whatever number of archive boxes or items and the level of archive retrieval needed, whether urgent or routine, we will ensure our records management service matches your requirements with accuracy and speed. Any bar-coded archive document or item is fully traceable and can be tracked and movement records kept for the life of that item.
Other services such as document scanning, shredding and secure destruction of records (with certification) are routinely offered as well as labour assistance and management information. Personnel access or lock- up areas can be made available and all clients are invited to use a quiet reading room at our site to check any item within their stored archive boxes / pallets.

Whether you need to archive boxes / palletised records or specialist items, we will be pleased to assist.
Collection
and Delivery
Boxes are collected and delivered to our facility using our own transport or specialist courier. Once processed, boxes are bar coded and stored. Rack location is downloaded into the computer.
Retrieval
Once authorised, relevant items are retrieved and passed for onward transit for collection or delivery. Service can be same day, next day or as scheduled.
